When we get involved with a company, four things happen:

Market Time Process Efficiency Cost Effectiveness Waste Reduction

Many organizations are seeing savings of 10-30%. -Anne Mulcahy, CEO Xerox

Gartner puts the cost of printing for enterprises as high as three percent of annual revenue, and estimates potential savings of up to 30 percent.

In recent InfoTrends research corporate buys report increased efficiencies as result of e-enabled print procurement.

Lower printing costs

Shortened turnaround time

Better tracking

Less unnecessary printing

Better brand management

Mean savings of 14.4% as a result of implementation.

Think about it!

You've worked on your office print. What are you doing about sales and marketing materials, postcards, collateral? There are huge savings to be had.

Cost Effectiveness

Cost effectiveness means the client realizes the maximum value from their print spend. Instead of having to settle for less than the desired results, the client optimizes the cost of their solution and gets exactly what they want, at precisely the time they need it.

Million Dollar Day

AFPress presently houses digital archives for over 7,000 items for our clients. After working with this format for five years our experience is that 50% of the items change every year. In one instance, a client pulled 603 items in a single day and began rebuilding according to sales priority. Under their prior mode of warehousing and fulfillment that would have cost them:

603 items x 3,000 ea. in inventory x $.60 ea. in print and warehousing = $1,085,400

Since the archive is all digital, all it cost was what was in the sales force car trunk, a paltry amount. The $1,000,000 Day.

Legal changes, product changes, and marketing changes, all come with dramatic and instant impact. AFPress enables rapid change with strict compliance. The client was able to rebuild according to sales priority.

Shell Shock

The client produced low quality color shells, which they printed and stored, and then overprinted with black and white to achieve a limited level of personalization. Although the product quality was not great, some level of customization was better than none. With the conversion to a digital, on-demand, versioned, variable color solution, AFPress enabled this client to convert to a single pass, press-quality, full color piece with text and graphics completely personalized to each client. The direct cost of the new pieces were 15% higher, but the sales reps were ecstatic with the customer's reaction to the superior quality, and the reduction of wasted inventory more than compensated for the higher print costs.
