Serial Killer

  The client's proofing process required the serial involvement of multiple departments including marketing, creative, sales, legal, compliance, and printing. It was not uncommon for a single pass through this process to take 6 weeks, with 2 to 3 review and revision cycles for every significant collateral project. With the conversion to a digital solution, AFPress enabled this client to run a parallel review process and reduce the cycle time to just 6 days.

Sales Prevention

  All orders for collateral materials from several hundred sales reps in the client had to be funneled through a single order placement person. In the step 1 conversion to the AFPress digital approach, orders can now be handled by any of the 11 members of the marketing staff. When all parties are able to trust the system, the client could move to step 2 wherein each sales reps will be able to place orders directly into the AFPress system without the need for extra intervention from marketing, completely eliminating the bottleneck.
