Shelving Shift

  Many businessses are pressed with the need for rapid access to sales materials. The normal way is to print in mass and pull from stock. This client was operating in the normal way. Once the stock had been stored over time it became outdated, which resulted in waste. Before the client switched to AFPress the had $1M in inventory with 50% to 60% waste. With AFPressthe client went to $30K in inventory with much reduced waste. First year savings in print were $800,000.

Flexible Fun

  For every one of their new customers, this client printed and mailed a printed book of forms. With the conversion to a digital, on-demand, versioned, variable color solution, AFPress enabled this client to completely eliminate the need for the printed form book. Instead a printed postcard was sent to each new client with instructions on how to download the needed forms off the web. Sample Card This solution allowed the client to reduce their costs from $3.50 to $0.35 for over 50,000 clients per year. The new postcard was a full color piece personalized to each customer. The client also used email to connect with customers and found that the postcard produced better results. However this client found the postcard gets more consistent and reliable connection.
